Launch of REACH | Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions

We are pleased to announce the launch of REACH Cross-Border M&A.  

Formerly known as Global M&A Partners, the new REACH organization brings together the corporate finance and sector expertise of 24 M&A advisory firms operating across 30 countries, who have collaborated hand in hand on cross-border deals for 25 years. REACH specializes in lower mid-market and mid-cap transactions, providing advice to family-owned businesses, private equity funds, and corporate clients on selling, acquiring, or merging businesses both domestically and across international borders.
